Terms and Conditions – “My Ring. My Story.” 48-hour

Design Marathon

1. Organizer

The organizer is acredo GmbH, Reutlinger Str. 8, 75179 Pforzheim, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “acredo”).

2. Eligibility

All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of acredo and their relatives are excluded. Participation under a false identity or using the identities of third parties is not permitted.

3. Participation period

The marathon starts on February 13, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. CET and ends on February 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CET. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Conditions of participation

  • Create a ring design using the acredo configurator during the promotional period.
  • Confirm order/quote (in the acredo order platform).
  • Answer the question about your personal love story.
  • Upload a photo or design in accordance with the specifications on the promotional page.
  • Consent to the publication of your story and your picture on the acredo advertising platforms.

5. Prize/Prizes

  • 1x trip to the acredo factory plus acredo voucher worth €2,000
  • 1x acredo voucher worth €1,500
  • 1x acredo voucher worth €1,000
  • Special prize for all participants: Diamond on the inside of the ring, diamond size 0.01ct.
  • Winners will be selected by a jury.
    Prizes will usually be handed over at a partner store or sent by acredo.

6. Notification & entitlement

  • Winners will be notified no later than 30 days after the end of the promotion.
  • If a winner does not respond within eight weeks of notification, their entitlement will lapse.
  • The prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.

7. Rights of use

  • By submitting your entry, you declare that you are the sole owner of the rights to the photo/design you are submitting or that you have the necessary rights of use.
  • You grant acredo the right to use and, if necessary, edit the photo, design, and story worldwide in all media (website, social media, advertising).
  • The author will be named where possible.

8. Data protection

  • The personal data collected as part of the campaign will be processed and used for the purpose of conducting the marathon, notifying winners, and, if applicable, awarding prizes.

9. Liability & Exclusion

  • acredo is not liable for technical failures or malfunctions beyond its control.
  • We reserve the right to exclude participants in the event of violations of these conditions of participation or in the event of irregularities (e.g., duplicate entries, fraudulent information).
  • Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Applicable law

  • The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, unless mandatory legal provisions of another country conflict with this.
  • The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent possible by law, the registered office of acredo GmbH.
